I've been making good progress on my backlog, recently went through Pillars 2, Pirate Warriors 4, MGR, LA Noire, Titanfall 2, and Shadow of War. I tried Divine Cybermancy but just couldn't get into it, though I do love the soundtrack. RDR2 or Alpha Protocol are next, but I think I'm going to take a break from the backlog for a bit and revisit my favorites.

I'm a lazy shut in NEET, I can barely keep my work out routine as is. Stretching is too much of a pain in the ass for me, and is often more of a workout than the actual work out, so I never stretch. AS you'd expect, I'm as flexible as dry lumber.

You shouldn't be doing isolation exercises period. They're memes. Just do workouts that can work out multiple muscle groups at once like any sane person does.

I can curl 30 lb dumbbells, but I'm an overweight manlet, well I'm overweight by about 20-30 lbs, but I literally started working out about two months ago, and before that I never went to a gym or really exercised.

We all gotta start somewhere, though it feels good I can curl more than some skinny normalfags who think 20-25 lb dumbbells is "hardcore" though I see these tall skinny guys walk into the gym and curl like 60-70 lb dumbbells and they look like they have no muscle mass on their body.
