There's no chance in hell someone prefers Hopes over Houses
I liked my only route so far (AG), even if the ending was lacking and it felt overstretched sometimes, I liked the new perspective on the Kingdom, Dimitri and most of the cast, and I LOVED the politics and strategic side of the route.
Yeah, they surpassed mine. I really didn't like Byleth, they felt like cardboard boxes with a face, and I hated how Mary Sues they can get. At least Manleth was passable just for the stoic mercenary look, Femleth was an abomination. With Shez I like more the female version, and it helps that they have an actual personality. Manleth x Femshez is great.
Dimitri, Ferdinand and Marianne, one for each house. Not in the mood to explain why, it could take a while.
No, but they should had more development time, looked more carefully into the story and added Hanneman and Alois.

Better than I expected in many aspects, it was nice seeing a more refined version of 3H's formula. It was nice seeing Edelgard finally get the route she should have gotten since the begining, even if the trade off was making Claude giga retarded.
Quite frankly I didn't have expections for him, so what I got was very suprising. Better than Byleth in some regards, but ultimately ends up falling into a lot of the same problems, namely the total lack of agency.
Lysithea, she's super cute and her stand offish attitude makes me want to fuck the shit out of her
It was my first musou and I enjoyed it a lot more than I expected.

I’m on my 4th playthrough of Hopes (did “bad” ends for all 3 classes, now aiming for “good” ones) and I almost want to kms myself because of how boring it is.
It’s a huge step up from FEW for sure, though.

Petra I've used the most often and is definitely a bright spot in every run. I've also used Petra far more in Hopes. But I don't want to let Hapi go either. Girl's been through a lot
just finished the AG route and i really enjoyed it even though i wish the final boss was hegemon Edelgard and not Thales.
Though i hesitate to do the other routes because i really do not want to go against faergus and the church and from what i've seen Claude has gone completely mad
