I am still angry about Nidhog 2

based. I made this but Any Forums got angry about the genre sorting and I can't be bothered fixing it and adding a few more games

>all gay shit
Wow you're gay. No one cares.

Because of the gameplay or because it went out of its way to look like poo?

I like indies but I feel like the only ones I'm looking forward to right now are Silksong and the Katana Zero DLC. Both of which may or may not exist.

Thathsch illegahl

Monkeypoxcore

What's the recent one about a city stuck in a time loop that resets if you commit a crime or some-such?

The Forgotten City?

Thanks, that's the one

I guess I forgot lololololol

Pyre was my favorite Supergiant game but only seven other people ever played it

You said you were going to remove Ori from that since it's not an indie game, why is it still there? Are you lazy?

I said in that very post that I can't be bothered updating it

Quit being lazy and add in all the games from my autistic 'best indie games by year since 2013' list

Is Banner Saga worth playing? I'm jonesing for RPGs

From left to right
Never heard of or played
0/10
3/10
4/10
0/10
Never heard of or played

Why even pretend you're superior to AAA consumers when your taste in indie is just as atrocious?

very slow, but if you're into that kind of thing yeah

I know your post prefaced your fuckups but HOLY SHIT your categorization is fucked. Half of your action-adventure titles aren't even action-adventure. Fucking FURI is on there as adventure, what fucking adventure elements are in FURI???

I like good games.

It's not my image user. It's a random example of recognizable titles that happen to fall under the indie umbrella

Needs more random point-and-clicks that only I ever talk about

Some people get super autistic about OP images and don't understand their purpose. I use the same one from time to time for indie threads because it's got recognizable games people know as indie and someone does the same shit every time

I hope Ghost Song is good. Have been waiting years.

knytt should be in metroidvania, so should a lot of the games in the 'platformer' and 'action platformer' section (platformer generally refers to linear games, while just about everything non-linear falls in the metroidvania category), and you're missing a ton of great games (supraland comes to mind), but it's mostly fine.

which should be in metroidvania? all I can think of is Yoku, 'maybe' Iconoclasts which might be pushing it, and Cave Story which again is contentious
Rain World doesn't count I don't think since it doesn't ability gate

missing some incredible games like phoenotopia and aeterna noctis

i don't think ability gating is necessarily required for the metroidvania genre, otherwise 'platformer' is very non-descriptive. what kind of platformer is it? are there abilities at all? is it level based? open-world/non linear? is there combat? etc. i would just put anything that is non-linear/open world in the metroidvania category, and reserve platformer for linear or level based games. and since rain world is about as non-linear as it gets, "platformer" doesn't tell you anything about it.
