I never beat this when I was a kid. pc and internet were too slow. I did beat it a few years ago when I remembered it existed though. It was nice for one run through but I didn't want to play over and over.

My first online game was a MUD called Exile

A public DM match with one of the ID devs made them randomize map spawns because my friend had memorised the spawn order and camped them all game.

Man I was addicted to that shit. I did all the loan shark flipping shit to gamble hundreds of million of meat. I was friends tho with many of the actual high rollers, those people were crazy and that luck is still unbelievable to me. Taught me not to gamble though.

I think it has enough content to justify a few ascensions. I'm on my 60th I think.

I was autistic enough to get the Silver Wossname on one of my accounts. Never bothered with it twice, though.

For me, after I stopped playing the game was when I actually started using the MMG more. I would just log in every few months, bet all my meat, and log off.

I didn't even play the actual game for years, only played the market and the mmg. It was a fun little subcommunity and there were many like me. I still have a saved message from 2012 by KoL Capital, who started doing in-game banking. lol
