Red Dead Redemption 1. Peak desert environment. If you want cars then Fuel.

Utah's eastern side is underrated and rarely appears in media. Zion is in New Vegas, but I can't recall many games that feature any desert with red granite and sandstone with massive rock formations and forests of scrubs and junipers.
