There's an option to put the game in 4:3 + 240p, but not 4:3 only.
Give it another month or two and it'll be possible to mod in the 1.0 assets. And OOT3D, allegedly.

then comes OoT twilight princess, wind waker, BOTW and maybe phantom hourglass and skyward sword. You have to play at least OoT to get majoras mask too much though, and you have to have played at least a few previous ones in the franchise to enjoy botw.

Probably not too hard. The code for putting the game in 4:3 is already there, all you'd have to do is find and cut the 240p part out, then you'd have a proper toggle.
There's also resizing the window, if you'd rather not go and do all that.
