Soul Nomad's evil route, i'm pretty sure even Hitler and Stalin would be hugging each other while trembling in a corner after going through it
FFXV's ending made me cry manly tears.
The story was butchered but it's still worth it.
Ys VIII

That game made me cry tears of boredom.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3 is a fucking roller-coaster.

I haven't cried in well over a decade, and that was because my grandmother died and everyone else was crying and I was afraid that people would be upset that I didn't cry as well. I think something might be wrong with me.
Metro Exodus. The ending in particular felt like a guy punch.

You know, until you beat the game once and start the Demon Route. No fun to be had then. Only despair.
Thirding Xenoblade 3, got some serious gut punches.
The cryptid in the ending got me.

i dunno if i have to time to play a game like nomad soul but from the bit of it i did play i remember the MC riffing hard on some of the supporting characters with pretty harsh insults
Max Payne 3, mostly the stuff about addiction and hurting other people without intending to because you're too obsessed with your own feelings haha
