You can use a sourceport to get vertical aim, and I do each time I play it. What you cannot do however, is post a webm of a fucking gameplay overhaul mod, and claim that it's DOOM.

It was so much fun in fact that I spent years playing custom wads and still do every now and then. All based around the same monsters, with the same weapons. I even made several of my own wads.
I played 3 hours of Doom 2016 before I got bored. Never tried Eternal, don't really want to either.
