I'd rather take 6's scripted segments over 7/8's. QTEs actually give you something to do and character interactions and dialogue are better in 6 than in any game afterward.

It’s ok but the level design is truly abysmal. Like the best part of the game is it’s combat but they actively designed the levels to not make use of it, plus constantly interrupting the flow of combat for stupid qtes or random vehicle/turret sections. Also not a fan of how guns are handled
