Why Was Ryza's Sequel Less Popular Than The First?

Is there any chance of a 3rd game happening?

Well the proof is right there. No jacket no game
I'm here for the clothing not for the ass

The devs forgot there’s a fine line between thicc and thick

Ryza 2 was a better game than 1 but the meme and internet attention had worn off by the time it came out. So it sold like a normal Atelier game.

Sophie 2 is just a better game than both Ryza games, just face the facts.

Tetris alchemy really wore out it's welcome back in the Mysterious games and Sophie 2 just feels like a more limited version of that. I'd even take Ryza's tree alchemy over this.

I don’t listen to ryza secondaries or their opinions, nor do I grace them with my replies.

Ah yes, now THIS is alchemy!

Ryza lost to best girl Sophie. Get over it.

Not in sales which is what really matters. Ryza 1 is still the only Gust game to sell 500k+.

Because it was censored

No one who bought Ryza even played it

Pandering to coomers will only take you so far

Did it? Last I heard it was selling similar numbers to the first game.

Coomer bump wore off cause coomers realized they didn't like the gameply and could jack off to Ryza pics for free.

Too old.

Ryza 1 and 2 combined sold over 1 million copies. Sophie 2 is dead in the water. Meruru is still the best Atelier game. Cope with these situations.

Looking it up, the second is still one of the best selling GUST games, so I don't see why there won't be a third game.

They priced it too expensive on my region
