I've tried to mod it into compliance before, to no avail. I spent a week on it once, still fucks up all the time. Fallout 3 is infinitely harder than NV to get running on Windows and always has been, one of the big reasons the majority of the modding community was always making mods for NV.

Last time I played Fallout 3, it was through Games for Windows Live on a shitty Toshiba Satellite about 13 years ago.
