It's from The Zelda Twilight Princess. You basically have to go through a series of "puzzle" rooms to retrieve a sort of sphere the hand holds, but as soon as you get the sphere, the hand starts menacingly hovering towards you to get the sphere back as you make your way back. It's not that scary but stressed me out as a child.

Oh god you had to remind me the first time I entered this fucking place
>first time playing Rain World, find the place very early on in the game

I went to the fucking filtration system without a light and it was nowhere near as scary as that place.
