1. right click the game in the games list and select remove -> delete the PPU cache.
2. You also have to delete the save data which is at RPCS3\dev_hdd0\home\00000001\savedata, just delete the Castlevania folder there.
3. You just need to let it run through the cert failures on the initial loading screen first which takes like ten minutes, then after that it loads in a few seconds on subsequent attempts.
4. And then you have to make an account for the online:
