Well when I played it was mostly just 1000 people in the towns spamming adverts, tried specing as a gunslinger and took me about 4 hours to figure out what I needed to do to even get the job advancement.
Tldr traversing the world in that game felt really weird. Maybe I should have just looked up a guide or something yeah but the fact the game doesn't make it easy to earn your first job advancement out right is annoying as fuck. (unless you're trying to be something boring like a swordsman or a mage)
