Exactly. Even just a standalone battle sim like Stadium or BR would sell like flies on shit, I really don't understand why Game Freak refuses to allow one to exist in the current era. They could have packaged one with Pokemon Home at the very least

The only flaw this game has are the long as fuck animations slowing the pace down. Besides that it’s a fun as hell ride trying to work with what little the game offers and dealing with enemies that actually provide a challenge.
Gen 1 in all its janky fun is still a better ride than most new Pokémon games.
