Imagine still seething over this game.

Who cares

84 is nice.
scores still had some meaning back in the good old days

Imagine caring about what others think about any game instead of playing yourself

More than it's user score was back before the brainless hordes of ObsidiNPCs spammed it with fake reviews.

imagine having to have mass layoffs because your contract with Bethesda specified a bonus contingent on getting at least an 85 on Metacritic and missing it by one point.

the game crashes constantly.

lucky it even got that. should have been a 70 for how often it crashes

Works on my series S :^)

Reminder that New Vegas won Any Forums's 2010 Game of The Year

Why would I trust the word of renowned pedophile and rapist Chris Avellone?

Those were false accusations, even his accuser deleted her twitter account and scrubbed her entire social media when he found out and took her to court.

Obsidians fault for not making a better game

I wonder what the NV devs actually think of the FO3 vs. NV debate?

Based on what I’ve seen, most of the NV devs actually like FO3, so it makes me wonder what there reaction to the whole conflict is.

That and a lot people don't know about that group of brainlets that tried to sue Zenimax for the rights to Fallout Online as a proxy to obtain the entire Fallout IP.

The whole debate was manufactured online by rabid fanboys. Sawyer himself said he liked Fallout 3, and without 3, there would no New Vegas.

>journo scores = good game
Okay Todd

NV devs like FO3. FO3 devs liked New Vegas. There was never any drama between them. Feargus mentioned the metacritic bonus was so low it wasn't worth getting bothered about and they weren't going to burn bridges with Bethesda over it. The reason they didn't do a sequel was not because of "bad blood over a metacritic bonus" was because THQ pitched them a bigger project, which was South Park: Stick Of Truth which Obsidian took because it was bigger and better than the other offers they were getting post-NV.

The game was simply in an unfinished state at release, especially on PC. It was even worse with Arkham Knight (which did get a 7.0). The two games became great once they were functional.

Too high
This game is hot trash
