Dark Souls 2 is a great game. It's personally up there as one of my favourite Souls games. The build variety alone is staggering and makes the game insanely replayable. Plus cool shit like powerstancing, NG+ changes, challenge runs like no death/no bonfire, etc. Oh and it had peak Souls PvP.

It is alright. It is not nearly as bad as people bitch about it but it is not a great game either. It is something to play and worth the money. Good enough at times to be enjoyable if you look past the fact that quality control is all over the place
