There was that western porn game with great tit physics, too bad they are wasted on some characters whose boobs aren't even very big and the game itself seemed quite shit too, the physics also seemed to depend according to preset sizes which is garbage.

I've heard of VAM and tried it but that's more of an entire simulator. my dream boob game would have as realistic soft body physics simulation as possible and be able to interact with various objects.

We have the technology to very easily implement good titty physics into literaly every single game, the problem are testosterone lacking pussy whipped no balls cuck devs.
Devs in th 90's went all the way to add titty physics to PS1 games where tech was super primitive and resources super limited.
But they still went that extra mile because they were actual males.

The real issue is that boobs are very complex on the inside and that greatly affects their movements and momentum. When bodies are being animated in games it's no big deal because most of the movements are just determined by rigid skeletal structure, and nobody notices the incorrectness of a body's small amounts of fat (and fatsos are rarely represented in games). But when boobs are represented in games, they attract a lot of attention, so the flas in their physics is a lot more noticeable.
