DOS 2 was a big step up over DOS, man. and Divinity/Divinity II had some good jokes. they're not Mask of the Betrayer-era Obsidian but they've been steadily improving with each game.

Even when the game is finished Larian wants to follow the elder scrolls moral and make a mod community for it, so expect the MODS.

Definitive edition with all the dlc and stuff? Probably 2025.
