There is literally ZERO excuse for anything made post SHB to not support Viera/Hroth heads. They had sort of an excuse for stuff from 1.0 to 4.x, but that should have been sorted out over time and been done by now. But for new things to not support both of those races out of the box is absolutely beyond the pale.

I don't know what problem they have with just hiding the ears, the majority of players don't care about helmets and hats with ear holes and it's better to lost them that don't have any headgear

It's made far far worse when pic related works without issues on both. I cannot fathom how these are somehow both perfect and considered problematic at the same fucking time by these devs. I cannot fathom the idea that somehow these types of armors somehow just affect the models in a completely unique manner they are not capable of either replicating or reverse-engineering. I cannot. It vexes me that I genuinely don't know if knowing the answer is potentially far worse than the mystery we have now.
