remove the retarded ammo system. make it more about the skill of yourself vs the skill of your enemy in a fight.

Adding to this, players don't all spawn in at the same time. Make it so that maybe a third spawn in, then after a minute or so the next third, and so on. And makes the spawns have proximity detection so that if a player is within X distance of the desired spawn point, they get spawned at a different one.

Make quest objectives less RNG dependant. I needed to find a Harddrive to advance in a questline and I legit couldn't get on in over month. I know it's apparently not that rare, but I guess I had some real bad luck drop rate wise. They should either just let you buy important items or not damand you to be lucky.

Better idea would be to make EVERY ITEM in the game craftable.
No matter what you're finding in raid, eventually you can use it to craft your way to what you need, even if you have to craft the ingredient to craft the thing you need, you still have that path forward.
Maybe I get lucky and find a gas analyzer. Maybe I have to make one. Maybe I have to make the wires to make one, but at least each raid gets me a little closer to having one.
Rework quests. Niggas be hoarding all the useless shit just so they can turn them in after 30 lvls. Better performance and co-op story missions.
Add some kind of creative mode for the Gunsmith.
I only bought Tarkov exclusively for the realistic gun modification. I want some offline Gunsmith with everything unlocked to try out setups against bots.

shooting is not affected by player stats. the only skill that comes close is recoil control and that only makes it so your PMC gets better at automatically controlling horizontal recoil. The effects are miniscule and the skill takes an extremely long time to level compared to the other game stats.
There's also weapon mastery that has 3 levels tied to each gun, where the only benefits of leveling them are better animations and you get slightly faster at reloading, because you're character is extremely familiar with the way the gun operates.
Remove skills.
Remove auto recoil control.
make it less like a deathmatch between every player on the map by having no set match or extract times, just a place you can go and loot that sometimes has other players there. make it less likely every firefights result is going to be determined by who saw the other guy first. have it so when you die you actually lose all progression, at the same time make progression faster and skills more relevant as things that you can specialize in on your runs.
the games extremely annoying and not fun at all when almost all of your deaths seem to be from guys who've memorized the spawns that you never even saw, waiting in some hole.
