It was kind of cool when you could scan the barcode and the TV would play a preview of the game, but the demo kiosks at Walmart were awful. They'd be in bad shape--the left direction key on the Game Boy Color they had was basically broken, and the whole thing was fucking filthy, people would use it as a daycare and my Walmart hadn't even completely gone to shit by then.
