i found it to actually get easier towards the end of the game when you unlocked all 3 partner slots because you can just let your partners handle the normal customers and all you have to do is deal with the special guests

yeah i agree the second trial was pretty hard
also i didn't have problems with the first and second phases of the final boss fight but i had to retry it like 5 times because of the third phase

My strategy for the third phase is having all 5 nuclear cooking station and 3 pots. Farm the pots with seaweed soup for the buff then spam the nuclear stations with Yuyuko's tags (Premium, Filling, etc.)
