Meh.
Fun games are fun.

It's one of few games I actually wanted to keep playing instead of forcing myself to do it so whatever

not in the slightest
if anything I actively seek out the more kiddie games because games for "mature adult gamers" are almost guaranteed to be fucking dull and tedious

I really want to like Persona 5 but i just can't The plot about teenager rebel against adults is not relatable to me anymore I actually feel like the game is trying too hard to manipulate me by making every adult chracters act like an asshole

Yes

I just feel weird as a 30 year old man playing in lobbies with nothing but 9 year olds

Swap your ps4 for a pc and your problem will disappear.

It's a kids game, but i know an "adult" who thinks it's a godsend for shooters. But he also likes other Nintendo junk like Xenoblade 2

Wrong cover, bigot sandwhich. The Last of Us Part 1 is a game focused on Ellie as shown in the new cover art for the remaster of the remaster.

>but i know an "adult" who thinks it's a godsend for shooters
That's because it is. All console shooters should adopt gyro over sticks.

Splatoon 2 for me as well. I'm "good" at the game only because most times I get matched with actual children playing. And I know any time I get my ass kicked it's some sweaty Tendie.

There's literally no way of knowing that user. There's no communication with other players.

Same, but I'll add that even as a teen I thought "teenage rebellion" was an unnecessary larp. It's just even sillier when it's Japs because you know they will all lock into societal norms as soon as they turn 20.

Skill level. If they're bad, they're kids. If they're good, they're manchildren.

Skill isn't an indicator of age nor is intelligence as you've demonstrated.

Let's be honest user, the skilled players are younger than you and me.

>gyro hating retard
easiest way to spot room temp iq. stay mad and bad

Nah, the older you get the less of a shit you give about maintaining that "mature games for mature gamers such as myself" image that's super important when you're a kid

It's kind of sad knowing that there are people here nearing 30 who still struggle with maturity.

I felt like it one or two times yeah, the feeling goes away once I remeber that the game is mechanically excellent and that Splatoon is the vanguard of the console shooter future. Gyro is the great innovation that bridges the gap between console and M&K shooters.

Kids are mentally fresh and mobile and can be the wiliest of competitors dude.
