They had to split the Strip into two cells in the box release because consoles couldn't handle it. The mod just combines them as they were originally intended.

My monthly playthrough of Morrowind is going great but how the fuck do you replay New Vegas?
Do you play it the same way every time or do you intentionally not take good perks or quest choices for the sake of roleplaying? I already played as the guy who can do anything and finished most quests in the optimal way.
