My favorite thing about night elves were early rushes with KoG, demon hunter in general was a cool hero and so was warden. Great variety of units, archers + hippogryphs or simply the fact that hippogryphs had the strongest melee attack in the game (iirc), druids of the claw and of the talon both great, chimera base destroying, enacting the last march of the ents on the enemy.
Loath what the MMO did to them.
