Yeah, the writer is critical of many communists for sure. But the whole backstory is that the Moralist International (globalist neoliberals) swept in to put down a popular communist revolution.

...when in reality, it was the US neoliberal world order who did that in WWII to fascists and continues to do it in the middle east and north Africa. (And fighting communism in Vietnam and Cuba was hardly about ideological communism; it was a proxy war with the USSR and China).

It just seems to clear to me that reactionaries are the actual threat and target of the establishment.
