WARNING! MILITARY SOFTWARE DETECTED! TOP SECRET CLEARANCE REQUIRED!

Red Alert 3 was soulless dogshit and Tim Curry is an unfunny fag.

I want a full remake with modern graphics. Generals was pretty good by NOTHING produced has been as good as Red Alert 2

it's crazy that the remake published by EA was actually fucking good and they didn't fuck it up

I'm just curious, have ANY of you boomers or millenials heard of the "mod" I made back in the day of Tiberian Sun? It was ...mostly an .ini edit but I remember some websites actually reviewed it. LOL, I was like 13 when I made it,

It was called "Unknown Wars"

This. We live in the bizarro timeline where the WarCraft 3 remake fucked everything up whereas the C&C remake didn't.

Don't dew yourself in just yet!

Never heard of that. But man do I miss editing .ini files.

How does one go about playing RA2 + expansion on modern computers? (win10)

I worked on it with my neighbor. He did a little programming so it came in an .exe file on downloading and automatically installed the "mod" into the game. All I did was edit the .ini file and add "graphics", which 13 year old me barely had a grasp of photoshop at the time.

Making it an .exe file made it more ...fancy compared to other mods that were just downloading an .ini file and moving to the proper place.

Those were pretty fun days and I found it funny some websites reviewed it.

I heard from some people that Command and Conquer Tiberian Sun had some wonky code that let people play it online and strange things happened but I never tried it.

Faithful remaster on steam when? Fuck ea, but that C&C remaster was great.

Was there ever a greater expansion than Yuri's Revenge?

EA is in the process of being sold, that means they cancelled everything in their pipeline

They haven't released anything and weren't even present in the ruins of the E3

We're going to have to act

If we want to live in a different Any Forums.

Adding to this, my mods "playtesting" back in the day didn't have a lot of real people I tested with so I always balanced my "mods" with the reaction of the games AI. Which I know is pretty stupid.

I also did this with Warcraft 3 when it came out because Warcraft 3 was also really fun to work with.

One of things I tried to do with the 3rd verion of my "mod" was make the Nod team like the protoss in Starcraft 1. At the time I knew no one who knew what Blizzard was or Starcraft but I really enjoyed the game. I tried to make it so the power plants acted like pylons and you needed power plants in an area in order to build other structures. That REALLY confused the AI. lol

>EA is in the process of being sold,
To whom? Who would want to buy that dogshit company instead of just buying the individual IPs (the good ones)?

Kommender!

You zoomers have no idea how the female reporter in Command & Conquer where you could just see her cleavage awakened sexual desires in our young millennial minds

I remember her showing more cleavage than I see pictures of her online having

Kino ending.
