It's getting harder and harder to keep PC / console temps under control.
Is liquid nitrogen the solution? Or is there some other promising tech that can cool our gaming machines?
It's getting harder and harder to keep PC / console temps under control
and how much energy is used while producing the liquid nitrogen, exactly?
>patented in israel
yep
This has to be a satire article. Nobody is this retarded.
How much money you got, goy?
Don't ask. Just like how you are not supposed to ask where expired solar panels and wind turbine blades end up.
Same shit with electric cars and solar energy
Hey buddy cool it with the antisemitism
Heatsinks. BIG heatsinks.
based, the goyim WILL give up another expansion slot
>Kensho
>Green Kinoko
>Israel
Why are jews using Japanese-like names for this shit?
Big won't do. We need regular sized heatsinks made of experimental superconductive materials.
>buy a Playstation 10
>it needs to be delivered and installed by two burly men
There are some videos that show that you can actually submerge PC components in water or oil
As long as it's not conductive it's fine.
Why aren't we investing in nuclear energy again?
>Cleanest energy source on the planet. Zero emissions.
>Has a very small land imprint. Uses hundreds of times less space than other alternatives such as wind turbines and solar panel farms.
>Waste product is incredibly dense and thus uses significantly less space compared to other forms of energy. Waste has a shelf life and can be recycled and reused and repurposed. Some power plants are developing technologies to
>When done correctly, is safer than wind turbines and oil refineries and causes less instantaneous death and health problems.
It boggles my mind that the entire first world has seemingly abandoned our best hope of turning ourselves into an type 1 civilization in a few hundred years. All because Russia was fucking lazy and held Chernobyl together with duct tape and potato peels and the oil industry saw a great way to run a smear campaign that would keep them relevant for a few more decades.
More power with less area means the goyim have more room to freely roam outside the pod
Because the coal lobby had one of, if not the most, successful smear campaigns in history against a very nescient nuclear industry in the 60s.
Fossil fuel companies won't let it happen. Welcome to capitalism.
environmentalism has become less about the environment and more about supplanting capitalism with some form of socialism.
>type 1 civilization
I think there are much bigger obstacles to that than just energy production.
Thank god video games help prevent me from becoming my best self
The fossil fuel industry actually got self proclaimed tree hugging hippies to get all up in arms about nuclear power and stage huge populace swaying protests against it. Pure genius and the planet is cracking apart at the seams because of it.
You just realized this whole madness with climate change makes no sense unless they are pushing it for a different reason than they claim. Now look at all the normies who fall for the grift, ponder the social and economical consequences and weep.
Because nuclear accidents make entire cities unlivable for centuries and can be caused by a variety of things from shitty management, to natural disasters, to Slavs firing artillery at the plant.
Yeah I heard about that. I didn't question it even for one second, companies have done much crazier shit like Coca Cola hiring death squads in Latin America to kill union leaders.
It's a easy military target. If it gets bombed it has larger long-term fallout than bombing any other energy production target.
That plus the fact that America has somehow deluded itself into thinking that China or Russia seriously wants to attack them.
The predominant cause of nuclear meltdowns has been shitty management. Fukoshima was found to be preventable but the company in charge held off on doing what it needed to do.
