I can understand sealed copies being so expensive where people will buy them and put them on the shelf, but is there really that much of demand for used copies? Why would so many people want to play Path of Radiance?

it was never ported in any way and cant, i highly assume, be brought in store brand new
situations like that pretty much makes piracy legal and morally alright, and i highly doubt the devs or even nintendo give a shit unless they're planning on making a remaster which yeah not gonna happen i think

It's still illegal an morally not right. Maybe Nintendo is not making a remaster or anything because they want people to NOT play these old FE games because of how cringe and bas they were.

the fact that it was never ported or remade for later consoles and isn't available on like eshop or whatever, and the fact it seems to be one of the only once being sold; that makes it pretty rare and hard to come by in physical form for collecting

>an morally not right
if there is literally no way to buy this game straight from the developers/publishers; how is it morally wrong?
you are only giving some random dude money by buying a physical copy

>poorfag seething

There is no reason to buy a real copy. The pirated version is better because you can use a game-speed multiplier and save whenever you want.

That's not how the designers intended for people to play.

I bought this as the first game to get into FE
Never played it, child me 100%'d WW twice instead
Time to cash out

Got it cheap in wii u era. Not sure why prices exploded. It's not even that good. I like awakening more.

It's doing you a service, you shouldn't play FE9.

Glad i bought mine in 2005....

Idiots...

I also bought wii sequel or whatever but for some reason it didn't work and was giving black screen. Not sure if I was scammed by some scum. It was hard to return it since i'm overseas

I have that game, I paid launch price when it come out, finished once and is sitting in box together with the other GameCube games. Should I sell it?

I have this game i didn't knew i could sell it for so much. I'll save it for rougher times

>i highly doubt the devs or even nintendo give a shit unless they're planning on making a remaster which yeah not gonna happen i think
They only start giving a shit if fans start making a remake of the game before they do. Then they start the machine up and shit a half assed one out.

Stuff like this is pretty cut and dry and the reason emulation exists, no matter what you do your money isn't going to the devs that actually made the game so what's the problem?

>I like awakening more.

Cause you dont understand what makes tactical RPGs good. PoR has way better maps. Everything in Awakening is just rout the enemy.

And to think it wasn't that long ago that I got that game still sealed for just over $40. Granted the cellophane or whatever it was wrap was not in great shape, but still.

holy fuck are you shitting me
i sold my copy of this a few years ago for like $40
fuck

You didn't beat the game.

lol playing fire emblem.
