Go make a prompt for a text-generating AI to make a Any Forums thread and you can pinpoint when it was made because it keeps regurgitating old topics that have already been discussed to death.

I've been using the Art AI to sell $60 album covers for bands and solo artists/rappers for two months now and they are selling like hotcakes. Yes you get more specific with a real artist, but you also pay 10 times or more than what I charge lmao.

They aren't unique though. They are variants on a handful of basic images.

AI art isn't going to replace artists because I can't type "Pyrha getting gangbanged" without it looking uncanny. I don't know why these people are panicking but they're probably millenials who have panic attacks from scheduling appointments or something. If anything, AI art annoys me from how many midwits think it looks impressive, let alone threatening.

As an artist im completely for AI throwing garbage "art" in the fire. Artists will then have to rediscover what it truly means to make "human" art. Instead of drawing the same soulless trash over and over again that can just be generated by an A.I because there is just so much of it.

All the really good AI art requires careful prompting and feedback from a human operator anyway. An artist. It's basically just a tool, the best program right now involves the AI generating several images, you select the best one, and it generates another set that's more like that one. Once you understand that any possible image can be created in the way, shit like stops making sense. There's a split emerging between artists who have a near-magic automatic brush and artists who don't. Not a split between artists and robots

It can only make basic bitch shit and not anything interesting.

Hopefully it'll kill off low skill artists
