Work your triceps 3~4 times a week with multiple exercises. Use high weight with modest reps and drink protein shakes immediately after finishing.

Of course you should work the rest of your arms as well, but you can manage that with a wide range of compound exercises that target multiple groups. The triceps should especially be emphasized with extra focus in isolation.

Personally, I recommend close-grip bench press. One of the few compound exercises with triceps at the center. This will also work your chest and shoulders - all 3 of which I would say are the main component of Chris' build.

I recommend plate curls (clip related) and push-ups for your biceps.

Wrong angle. He relaxed or overburdened his muscles at the peak therefore they've snapped. Always train with your natural angles and gravity alone.
