I heard from a euro friend that many euros consider any beef below well done to be raw, like undercooked chicken. Is this true?
I was confused at first but if they don’t eat beef on it’s own like steaks very often I guess it’s more understandable

As a Euro I thought it was a black American thing.

Cows get the rep of being dumb because they are cattle which means they get herded and stand around all day eating grass, but they actually have great memories and will remember people and even fellow cows they like or dislike, and they prefer hanging out with their favourite fellow cows and will get stressed when they can't find them
Cows are amazing and even though I'm not a vegan I wish we were nicer to them ;_;
