I remember back when the idea of owning your own arcade was cool, something that everybody wanted. The few people you hear about who end up buying or building their own arcade cabinet end up just using it a few times and never touch it again. It's a tremendous waste of space.
You're better off just having a PC full of games and emulators and two sets of arcade sticks for each player to enjoy.
