I really need to go back and replay it. It's been something like...7 years since I last played it? I didn't like 3 or 5 as much when I played them and I'm not sure if it's because I played 4 at the best time in my life that I could've ever played it (first year of college) or what.
I also just finished Ultimax's story today and it makes me want to go back and finish 3.

it's because three is horribly paced for how monotonous tartarus is. Ignoring the first two it's in dire need of a remake since the gameplay is lacking.

I should. I got halfway in before dropping it out of a lack of interest, but listening to the soundtrack and experiencing the characters again in Arena makes me really want to finish it.

3 really has a vibe unlike any of the other games.
Something about 3 never drew me in like the other games and I'm not sure why. I'll go out on a limb and blame Tartarus because I love the concept but hate the execution.
