Kinda moves a little fast in those last two chapters outside the story. Kind of wish it didn’t but here we are.

Pretty sure the implication is that she never actually died. Just got brainjacked by Y for experiments.
Which is why M knew that she was alive in the first place.
The other explanation is that strong emotions, can return memories. Like we saw with Eunie, and she was pretty much Noah in terms of how much she valued fweeting which why she can recall her memories.

You have to do the sidequests with the robot ambushes before it unlocks

If you ever played Xenoblade 1, the influence was pretty apparent at Satorl Marsh, night. They go further in with the off-seer job here too, obviously.

The most ironic part is that the cook is a machina giving food to two "blades." Before that, Eunie and Sena were getting shit from some homs for simply being from Agnus since Mio's and Sena's features make them standout.
