They're all dragonball characters so no, it's not.

Frieza and Beerus are zoners, 16 is a grappler, Broly is a grappler. Some characters have more low attacks than others, some have counters.
The game is aggressive at its core but characters are unique in its application

Yamcha is playable, so it's good.
