Ok I don't get it.I thought the Ancients some super-homogenized society all serving a single ruling body (The Convocation), but EW wants me to believe there were other socities of Ancients who weren't apart of this and completely indepedent of the Convoation.
I feel like the writers didn't know what exactly they wanted the Ancients to be here.
