Wonder years

It's friday night, mom just ordered pizza. Dad went to blockbuster to pick up some movies and games. Best friend's sleeping over and be brought over his GBA with a copy of pokemon crystal. Your older sis is on the living room gamecube playing on the family CRT. Your older bro playing halo in his room.

Dad shows up with a stack of movies. Kung Pow enter the fist. Digimon the movie. Shrek. Mom says the pizza came with a demo disk and hands it over. You, your siblings and best friend watch toonami that night for several hours until you fall asleep.

The following morning your friend's parents show up and all four adults are conversing in the kitchen. You and your friend decide to catch a bit of foxkids before he has to leave that day.

Growing up happens in a heartbeat. One day you're in diapers, the next day, you're gone. But the memories of childhood stay with you for the long haul

The original SOVL Silver.

If this was the height of your life I feel bad for you.

All the people here sound fat as shit

god this is the cringiest thread I've seen in 3 hours

you were raised by electronic screens and nursed with junk food while your actual parents spent all of their free time discussing their money woes.

adv came out before rse so if you had gba and crystal you'd play it on gba

Nice, I remember a few nights like this. Life changes, but that doesn't mean it's worse. Enjoy life all the time, at every stage, I just turned 30 but still feel pretty much the same as when I was 20, I just have a house now.

OP is a zoomer dumbass, but he fucked up his own story
This is like saying "oh my friend brought his SNES to play Mario 3"

based

you do realize mario 3 is on SNES right?

You realize what made those memories special was the fact that you were spending time with family and friends and not because you were shoving your face with food and watching cartoons and playing games. There is no inherent value in consuming products. What matters is that you had people in your life who cared to be with you and fewer worries.

hold ur tongue and say fox kids lol

as time passes my memories slowly fade away, like tears on rain, you need someone to remind you that you are crying to realize tears were even there

There were bundles that included a GBA and Pokemon Crystal.
