Legion 5 with a 3050 ti and Ryzen 7 5800H

Is it a good laptop overall? I've been looking to upgrade mine and the legion 5/pro has caught my eye.

I've owned it for a few months now and I say it's pretty good. Build quality is nice and I haven't had any overheating issues. Battery life is only like 4 hours for me though. I can run all the games I need to.

you should get a bigger mouse pad and lower your dpi user. you have plenty of space.

I have the one with the 2060 and I love it, the build quality, I can run any games and I also plug into a monitor (a Samsung 32 inch curved one) and it handles the resolution.

Ya this is on my to do list of things to get, any recs for say under $20?. I'm also considering getting a laptop stand and monitor mount for the desk.

Shop around though. I think you can find MSI laptops that have 3060's for sub $1000.

NTA, but am a Slavanon. The entire room scream "Aunt's old apartment she left me when she moved to her summer home". The old wooden floor that hasn't been lacquered since it was installed, washed out pillow with an old cartoon character, the blanket with a monochrome picture of an animal (I have the same one but with a deer), old and weathered plywood desk overflowing with stuff, the old office computer repurposed into a battlestation, monitors being from several different generations, the radiator looks like it was made before Stalin, random stuffed animals, toys and figurines on the shelves filled with DVD's, it's like I'm back in my old room. The only thing that I think could point to you not being one is the multiple consoles and the shelves being full with console games. But then again, I grew up in a small industrial village where everyone had a PC, so you might resemble a City slicker more. Also Mountain Dew, newer saw anyone drink that slop over here, only Coke, Pepsi or regional brands.
