I'm tired of looking around. I could only find Sacred and Sacred 2, and they look pretty interesting. They are ARPGs.

Based, one of my favorite games of all time.
If diablo-likes count then Titan Quest has a fairly cute female character option, and if you want lewder you can use mods. Plus the game has a few enemy types like the Maenads which are just skimpily dress blue catwomen

Skyrim will always be the best bet if you want to break your cock while also playing an RPG, but damn the base game is so boring and the writing is terrible, I'd rather mod Oblivion at this point

I'm OP and I'm specifically staying away from skyrim. I already played it and modded it a long time ago and it's only worth it for the sex animation mods out there, but I'm not aiming for that.
Even the most basic hack n' slash game out there is more fun than Skyrim.

your rpg customisation comes in form on buying and equipping different outfits (which you can turn off in settings and run around naked) that change your stats/spells and picking up to 3 different weapons with combos
combos and finishers are fun
there are some edgy scenes (healthpacks are punching pregnant women and ripping out their babies to heal yourself)

There is Loki, but it's janky as fuck.
Nioh 2 is also an option with its char creator and there are mods that modify some armour pieces to be more sexy.
