personally? 2, with 3 being number 1. in terms of gameplay, they're simply the best.

It felt so weird and off-brand for MGS. The only ones that feel "right" to me are 1, 2, 3, and *kind of* 4 ... KIND OF.
However, the gameplay is just so fun and there's so much to do. Even if the game is unfinished, it's a nice sandbox, I like it, I'd rate it above 4 and the PSP games, and above 1 actually. But it's kind of not even the same genre as 1-4 if that makes any sense, so I don't really compare them.

i wish it went full military sim, where you send out soldiers to do rescue missions, assault missions, full on tank fights, stealth missions, sabotage, big firefights, etc etc, and fill the world with whacky mgs bosses. like some places just have a few grunts, some have 100+ guys, and some kind of guy with weird mgs powers. you can play as any jabroni you want, and snake is reserved for the hardest mssions.

1 feels like shit to play, so much lag in the controls. I dunno if PSXtreme 2.6.8.3.2.9.5b or whatever fucking emulator you faggots use these days fixes it but it felt like shit when I played it on Playstation so it ranks lower than the others by default.
