Nurgle got top tier when they buffed some units speed by like +1 or something. I guess that made a world of difference. But from what i remember they only blob up really fucking hard which makes it tedious to watch

Head south til you have a few provinces and then prepare to invade Ulthuan before the High Elves gets strong enogh to fuck you up.
