You might want to download the CCCCPV3, it's a huge download (~100gb torrent download) but it's a compilation of nearly all cards ever publicly released for actual characters from franchises and series of videogames, anime and some other stuff, of course, there's gonna be a mix of good/bad cards in there, but you could find what you're looking for in there, I've found very good quality cards of iDOLM@STER girls that I wasn't able to find on my own from either Pixiv or Bepis.

Yeah, depending on how popular the character is you'll have more cards of that character to choose from, if the character is somewhat obscure you might be fucked though.
