bothched launch, garbage performance for a lot people, basic rosters, units behaving way too wonky at times on the battlefield (which is a first for a "modern" TW game). Probably a lot more to it if you get into the nitty gritty of it but this all is just from the top of my head. Someone else is going to have to fill me in with the deets.
Reception has gotten better lately for some reason. People are probably hype for the coming updates
Oh also, Cathay's harmony mechanic isn't impressive. I bet that soured some peoples opinion considering their hype
