I'm trying to teach you about true ludokino.

About to start NGB, what am I in for?

Those duck moves work as hitbox shrinker or just give iframes?

Why did they have to ruin NGs combat by having it revolve around cinematic takedowns?

can i play sigma?

Style over substance garbage, and God Hand. What a terrible, terrible image, OP. You should feel ashamed of yourself.

>Can I play the best version of the game?
Why not

>Style over substance garbage

I agree, that describes Bayonetta perfectly.

Does it? It has more depth than DMC and NG combined, that's for certain.

Just i-frames IIRC, but also style and a different follow up move.

Always preferred the Shinobi revival games to Ninja Gaiden

Getting a whole room combo is pure kino

Fun gaem, quite a bit of adventure elements like OoT. Much more so than DMC1.

Sour grapes

I don't mind OTs but SoB and bloody rage are bad systems, but at the same time some of the best ways to deal with annoying enemies like gorillas and alchemists. No idea how I'm going to be able to unlock the last costume for Kasumi, and Momij by doing 50 trials with each as they suck against a lot of bosses

>Does it? It has more depth than DMC and NG combined, that's for certain.
Lmao, not when an entire combat system is built around such a boring gimmick as wicked weaves

Calling WWs a "gimmick" is quite retarded of you, but still, what's so bad about them? It works perfectly with DO, which just so happens to work perfectly with the enemy design of the game. A true, perfect balance.

>what's so bad about them?
Having a game that primarily revolves around "throw out a bunch of punches and kicks so you can get to the big strong attack at the end" is a boring way to design a combat system. Its like if every move in NG was some variation on the Izuna Drop or DMC5 Vergil's Yamato combo A in DT. Only rewarding players for pulling off long strings isn't fun, and DO is more a bandaid fix to Wicked Weaves than anything.

Reddit: the list

No that would be
>Dark Souls
>New Vegas
>Hollow Knight

So what you're telling me is that combo finishers are a bad thing? I have never read anything so utterly fucking stupid.

Can NGB actually be emulated properly yet?
