How would YOU fix TF2?

1. Get someone to work on anticheat and removing the bots
2. Start making actual updates again, like adding new weapons and reworking underpowered stuff
here, this is all TF2 needs to be saved rather than suggestions like "remove the class I was just killed by"

add all stock weapons/classic mode
add hats on/off switch
make sandman stun again
ban uncle dane

The game still has insane potential for a 15-year-old FPS, maybe more than ever before, and simply modernizing the game and making it fully playable without bots clogging up servers along with consistently putting out new content updates could make it one of the most played (and profitable) FPS games currently.
Complete overhaul to optimize the game, fix bugs and add more security (anti-cheat) to further prevent hackers and bots. Source 2 port advised due to easier map creation for community made maps.
Invest into pumping out more than 2 "major" updates every year. New content, new maps (official and community made), new cosmetics, new weapons, new lore.
Advertise the game, invest into tournaments.
If a need for new Soldier voice lines arises, get a new voice actor for Soldier.
Make casual matchmaking more balanced.
Finish the fucking comic.

Nothing, other then fixing autobalance. No more stacking all the good players on one team.

I'd revert a lot of the debuffs valve has crapped out to pacify the comp niggers too, but I'm not super upset over that.

And I doubt I or they could fix TF2

Remove ranked competitive and bring back community servers only.

Fix the fucking airblast. Nigger presses M2 in my general direction and I lose all control of my character until I hit the ground again. And the faster I was coming to the fucker, the more speed I'll get after the airblast.

It's not fixable unless they can disable bots, which they can't.

no crits
good new custom (plr) maps on a steady rotation, new maps get made all the time, nobody knows they exist, yet everyone plays the christmas map so its not like people have taste.
no unusuals
weapon loadout can be changed on server regardless of backpack
bring amby back
maybe a speedtoggle for YER users so they can run at default speed. Might as-well include that for every other spy knife.
killstreaks enabled on every weapon, stat tracking server side enabled, no need for strange weapons, customizable with strange parts for free.

It's pretty much already perfect. Might give medic a jetpack just for fun. Any Forums servers suck donkey dick. I have more fun playing pyro tennis. The same old maps are poorly made. I rather play newer poorly made maps.
