Well lets see.
To begin with, her proportions are completely fucked. Her head is too big. Her shoulders are nowhere near wide enough. She wouldn't even be able to walk. Her head, stood upright, is nearly as wide as her shoulders. That is insanely large. Her hands are fucking huge. Her fingers in particular are fucking huge. Her torso is too small. Her eyes are insanely massive. Her ears are fucking weird. You can't see it here, but her head alone is > 50% of the length of her legs. Her hands go too far down her freakishly short legs.

What gets me is the weird mask-like red shading around her eyes.
Obviously you want your character to have color to their face, a completely mono-colored look wouldn't work with the game's artstyle. But the redness on Carol's face is so damn strangely isolated, and it trips me up every time.
