There are not that many useful hole cards in this meta outside of Floodgate, Gravedigger and maybe Bottomless. The other ones are too situational/powercrept

Not necessarily, most of the time they'll only run a mix of Bottomless, Floodgate and Gravedigger, the rest are more situational so they opt for cards like Torrential Tribute, Evac Device or Ice Dragon's Prison, along the usual Imperial Order and Solemn Judgment.
