I just picked this up and played for a while today. I don't understand anything and I guess eating random stuff you don't recognize is bad. I almost completed the level while crawling around on the floor literally shitting myself constantly but after killing both targets I somehow got stuck on a table, couldn't figure out how to unstuck myself. I'm not near finno-ugric enough to enjoy this, I'm afraid

Not sure what you mean by "raiding the cops", but the block behind the one where your targets are has a house with a sniper rifle on top. Also, make sure to grab a gun from those guards that kill you in a single volley of shots, it's REALLY good.
